Refund policy
To maintain efficiency, reduce waste, and keep our operations streamlined, we follow a strict policy for returns and exchanges:
- No Returns or Exchanges: Because each product is custom printed for you, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or incorrect upon receipt.
- Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will review your claim and, if approved, arrange for a replacement or issue a refund.
- Order Cancellations: Orders can only be canceled within 1 hour of purchase, as processing begins immediately after confirmation.
