  • Order Acceptance: Once an order is placed, we will send an order confirmation. Orders are not final until they have been confirmed by us.

3. Shipping and Delivery

  • Processing Time: Printful typically requires 2-7 business days to fulfill orders. Shipping times vary based on location and selected shipping method.
  • Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for shipping costs. Any customs fees or additional charges are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Delivery Issues: We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by shipping carriers, natural events, or customs delays.

4. Return and Exchange Policy

To maintain efficiency, reduce waste, and keep our operations streamlined, we follow a strict policy for returns and exchanges:

  • No Returns or Exchanges: Because each product is custom printed for you, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or incorrect upon receipt.
  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will review your claim and, if approved, arrange for a replacement or issue a refund.
  • Order Cancellations: Orders can only be canceled within 1 hour of purchase, as processing begins immediately after confirmation.
